The staff, especially Rakan, were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, with comfortable bedding and a sparkling clean bathroom. The buffet-style breakfast offered a decent variety of options and the dining area was comfortable. The laundry service was quick and satisfying. I believe this hotel provided excellent value for money and I highly recommend it to both solo and family travelers.
